we got this originally from Jamaica, and were so happy to find it here on amazon. got a good kick to it.

Nice sauce, doesn't cook well, just made to pour out on top of food, but good flavor

Okay, I first got this sauce at a local Jamaican market and when I first tried it, I hated it. It tasted way too vinegary. Then, since I paid $10 for it, I kept using it and it started tasting really good. Then I figured I just didn't shake the bottle enough when I first tried it, so keep that in mind. :)

Very Good stuff. Not hot. Use a nice dry jerk rub like Mccormick and sauce, Delicious.!
