SACASUSA(TM 19 inch Long Fingerless Satin Gloves in Dark Purple

I bought these in silver to wear with a dark blue satin ball gown. When paired with a gown, they didn't look too superhero-ish, which I was worried about, but instead they were perfect for a formal event and everyone loved them. I have small arms, though I'm not a stick figure, just athletic. These fit me perfectly, "like a glove." They stay up, but they're not tight either. I've attached pictures. I will absolutely wear these to my next formal event.Update: bought a second pair in black for a steampunk masquerade ball. The second pair fits just like the first pair I bought, and I haven't had any problems with the finger loop that some other reviewers are having. My advice: don't put any tension on the finger loop and you'll be fine. And be careful taking them out of the cardboard they come in.2nd Update: bought a red pair for a Superhero 5k race. I went as Elektra. It was mild that day, so they held in a little bit of heat but didn't make me get too hot. They were great. See pictures.

Pretty good quality. I would recommend not pulling them on too tight,so you don't damage the finger loop. They start to slide down a little and bunch, but nothing super annoying. I'm wearing them for Halloween with a warrior outfit. I have nowhere near skinny arms lol. They fit pretty well. I would recommend them.

I got the "dark purple" which was much brighter than it looks in the product photo, definitely not a shade that could be considered dark. It looks almost black in the photo, so I expected a purple equivalent of navy blue. If I had known this, I might have gotten a different color that would better match my costume. The gloves are comfortable and stretchy. They aren't baggy around the wrists like some can be. Although, it might slide down the arm and get bunched up. I have wider arms and was still able to get them all the way up. It goes up to just past the elbow on me, not up to the armpit like the photo suggests. Overall, it seems to have quality construction and material, although the ribbon around the finger seems flimsy. I would have given a 5 if the photo was more accurate.

Used this for a Starfire costume based off fan art by Gabriel Picolo! It was perfect. They’re super delicate though.. I don’t have construction worker hands, I have a finger or two that peels a bit under my nails due to hand washing in the wintertime, and it caused some snags immediately.. as long as you’re careful, you should be good. I got grey and they’re moderately shiny.

I think these are just about a four, but I went with a three. I have fairly slender arms, my upper arms are more muscularly built, my lower arms are really skinny, and these were very form fitting. They weren't super tight on me, they stretch well, but the nature of the fabric squeezed my arms and almost made me look like I had sausage arms, which wasn't very becoming. The fabric is nice and stretchy, shiny and a bit shimmery, but again, a bit too stretchy and clingy.They do seem rather fragile and could easily fray and catch. For a pinch, these will work, but if you want it to look really nice, you might want to make your own with a more substantial fabric.

When I first ordered this I received gloves with fingers. I assumed I ordered the wrong thing but when I ordered it a second time I received the SAME gloves with fingers again. The gloves are nice but aren’t as advertised and it’s extremely disappointing because I needed them for an event and never got what I had ordered

Got poison ivy before a wedding and decided to find an elegant set of gloves for my sleeveless gown. Bought two items, but this was the right one. Simply elegant navy gloves, excellent tight fit, but very comfortable. Looking forward to using it.

going to an event where the theme is green - my outfit has various shades of green and I was tempted to get "green" but saw a number of reviews that indicated the color was a little more teal so I went with "forest green." I'm happy with the choice -- nice, color; very similar to what appears on my monitor. The finger loop has survived my trying on the gloves many times - I would note that it is a thin ribbon which perfectly matches the glove but, as a ribbon, it has no give at all. It can be uncomfortable if the glove is pulling that area, but I adjust it not to pull and it seems fine. I'm tempted to replace the ribbon with a thin elastic but the ribbon color is such a perfect match, I can't stand the idea of putting a thin black elastic on there.FWIW, I added some ruffled ribbon trim to the point on the top of the hand and I really love them now!
