Good taste like grape the best.
Love these drinks.. I have 1 every morning to help me wake up and get moving. They contain many vitamins.....a long with some caffeine. There is no Energy crash.

Cheaper And As Good Or Better Than Other Energy Drinks
When you work nights and still have to do things during the day, sometimes things like this are what keep you going. These drinks work great for me. And they're much cheaper than the things you find next to cash registers. Half of one kept me going for about four hours with no ill effects or headaches after words, unlike some other energy drinks. And they come in several flavors that taste good to me, which other energy drinks often don't. Buying them in bulk makes them an even better deal.

Headache relief for me at least
I don't know how it does what it does, but I take these as a pain reliever for headaches. If I take one of these when I feel a headache coming on it kills the headache 100 percent of the time. My headaches aren't a caffeine headache because I don't drink caffeine other than one of these when I feel the pain begin. 5 hour energy doesn't do the trick. Not even red bull or monster. But these things kill my pain on about 10 or 15 minutes. I love them!
