I love these vitamins. They are my favorite especially because I am very allergic and sensitive to almost everything. I’ve tried other women’s brands and noticed they are very high in vitamin A. Which is close to retinol. I tried a supplement high in vitamin a not really knowing what it was. I got super nauseous and anxious. I began to google and learned the side effects. This brand has never made me feel sick. The ingredients are perfect for my body tolerance, and this is my go-to from now on. I’ve been taking this brand in the veggie capsules for about 2 years. It helps me stay healthy and energized! Love this brand of supplements ❤️

These are my favorite multivitamins, I’ve used them for years, they’re the best and keep me balanced because they offer quality ingredients. The pill is somewhat easy to swallow but can be a little difficult because it’s big, and doesn’t have a gel coating to help it go down. There’s no aftertaste.I’m a repeat buyer, and although I’ve purchased in store many times, I changed to buying them from here years ago. It’s reasonably priced buying it here vs in store and you get more vitamins.There’s a protective seal under the cap, it’s hard to remove but keeps it safe from being tampered with.If you’re looking for a great daily multivitamin, this is it but if you struggle to take pills, this one is bigger than a standard sized pill.

Great vitamins. Ive been working on my fertility and wellbeing for a year now and these vitamins have been a use help. Helped with my hormones. You gotta eat with them though as they do upset the tummy a bit.

I love the quality & quantity you can get with this product. Being gluten free, this provides a lot I tend to be deficient in. I love the fact that probiotics & superfoods are included!

I've been taking these for about a decade now. I also took the prenatal version while prego & the doc told me it was a great one. I had an amazing pregnancy & have a pretty good immune system which I think is mostly because of these! HOWEVER, I have choked on these more than a few times! First of all I ALWAYS break them in HALF, I get nausea if not when I haven't had a full meal. It's not pleasant. But also I've read that's how you should take a vitamin anyway because your body can only absorb so much at one time. So you get the most out of a vitamin that way. Makes sense to me to take 1/2 am, 1/2 pm & that's what's worked for me the best. I highly recommend doing that.With that said I've choked on these just takin 1/2s & you have to make sure you get a big gulp of H20, be close to a sink jus in case u need more water! Sounds crazy but it's true. That's a con to these but I think its still worth taking them. Really wish they would fix this somehow!! Then I'll give 5 stars! 😊

Rainbow Light is a fantastic supplement company! Based out of Santa Cruz, I started using this Multi-vitamin years ago and refuse to use any other brand! Easy on your system, gives everything you need to maintain good health. I have to take it with a good breakfast, to absorb well and make me feel great! A+

I like it because it is food based rather than chemical based. It includes probiotics.it is a good all rounder and I feel better when I am taking it.
