Like liquid gold
This is really the only balsamic vinegar I use. Love this product and always will.

Amazing product!
But far the best finishing balsamic out there. Highly recommend.

love this stuff
I went to Modena a few years ago and dined at Osteria Francescana, Massimo Bottura's famous restaurant. I tried some far more expensive balsamic vinegars while I was there (Modena is the hometown of balsamic), but I still like this one from Massimo Bottura the best. I have been using the same bottle for years. It really lasts a long time (and balsamic never goes bad, btw).

Very good balsamic.
Really good. Have been using this for years. Expensive here.

Great taste, less value
This balsamic vinegar is indeed excellent. This used to be all I would eat. Over the years the price creeped up from about $30 to $40 at Whole Foods. The cost is even higher elsewhere. Although I agree with other reviewers that one bottle lasts a long time, value continues to decrease as price increases. There is an alternative for less than half the price: Seggiano Super Dense Fig Balsamic Glaze. The taste is very similar and it is equally dense. However, the cost is less than half that of the Villa Manodori balsamic vinegar. I highly recommend it.

Great balsamic vinegar
Very flavorful and thick. Great in caprese salad and I use on other salads with olive oil as well.

Great tasting
Taste is perfect. Unfortunately consistency has changed over time and is much thinner than it was. Longtime user of this brand and would appreciate Manodori returning to its original medium to heavy consistency.
