I ordered this for my pet Raccoon to house her at night. Order arrived a few days earlier than expected.The crate was super easy to put together and was larger than I expected it to be.It love the way it looks since it was going to be kept inside my home. It was made great and I’m 100% sure it would have been escape proof once she gained a little weight. She could fit through the sides but with a few pounds that would not happen.I sent it back because after spending the time putting it together (which was very easy but still took time) it was beat up with a lot of huge dents in it. I called and ask for a discount and would keep it but was told no to send back. So I got a full refund and will find another one somewhere else. I don’t think asking for a discount was a problem because it’s unfair to me to pay full price for something damaged and a agreed upon discount could have made us both satisfied and I would have kept it. They did offer me a $5 discount. That’s just funny.However at the end of the day I really believe if you have a huge dog (or a smaller one and want a bigger space for them) this would be a great crate for you. I just hope when delivered it’s not damaged like mine was. And it looks so good when put together.

The crate itself is wonderful and will be a welcome place for our growing German Shepherd, however, i should have paid more attention to the fact that there is no door on either end, just in the middle. It made it more difficult to arrange it in the area we intended. Also, there is no divider so we had to improvise until the puppy grows a little bigger.Both relatively minor things and does not distract from the crate at all.Overall very happy with the purchase and it will bring a lifetime of comfort and respite for our puppy when he needs it.Well built, solid, holds a very active large breed puppy very well!

Doubt the pup will damage this cage, large enough a large dog can stand up in, no chance of a dog out-growing this dog kennel. The box it came in was flimsy and damaged, kennel arrived in one piece and undamaged. Heavy, but once wheels installed it moves around easy.

This dog cage is amazing ! I absolutely love it ! My 9 month old Golden Doodle is trying to understand his new house . He does not like it at all but it is a great heavy duty cage !!! Easy to put together!

The item was very spacious my fur babies loved it. My only dislike and it was just a small one is that there is some dents on it but I can say it did not affect me putting the crate together. Other than that I would have given it a 5 star rating

It's huge. I couldn't get in house by myself. I ordered it September 2nd, received next day or so. I requested return. Follow shippers directions. UPS will provide label, and pick back up. You will be charged to return, which is understandable.After showing "returned" you will receive your refund approximately weeks later, approx September 21-24th. When my refund status was confirmed processed, it was in form of AMAZON CREDIT! They did not refund it to my private label Visa Credit Card.I WAS ISSUED AMAZON CREDIT?I am filing a dispute with my Visa card. I have chosen not to to any further business with this company.

No complaints. It is best for two people to carry / assemble, but one person can also handle assembly. Very few screws to put in the frame and, otherwise, the pieces come hooked together and just unfold. Wheels are a nice touch. The door on the side was helpful for my set up. I'm glad I splurged and bought this for my dog. We'll all be more comfortable with the living arrangements. I'll feel he has a "home" and not just a cage. And, it looks nice enough to have set up indoors. The locks are "dog proofed" and lock assembly is easy to use. Two trays underneath can catch any accidents and slide in/out easily from the side of the kennel.

Fantastic product. Great to know I can leave my dog and he is safe and secure. Only negative is the floor. This is made of the same bars as the rest of cage so dogs paws were going through. Fitted a board to solve problem.

Easy to assemble, amazing quality

Good space for my tall dog. Only complaint was one piece was bent during shipping, but doesn’t affect the kennel integrity.

Product was delivered damaged. I don’t want to return it because it is very heavy and I can’t pack it again and ship it back to Amazon, but I can’t find a way of messaging Amazon to get some discount at least.

It’s a great item, but mine came dented and scratchedIt probably happened in shipping…. But it’s a big expense to see it s rated, and dentedI would recommend this kennel, I just wish I could contact the seller for a discount
