Used lock tight on oll the nuts and bolts went through and greased all the bearings. Very solid bike o did have to buy a laod back seat pole the straight pole it came with was a issue for my elderly mother after switching out the seat pole she had no troubles riding this bike around

The handle bars slips does not stay put. Does not roll or ride with ease.

Missing parts and mess up parts

Update 8/28/19: The seller finally gave me the correct instructions for the single speed tricycle. I added an additional star for that help from customer service. However, I had already put the bike together with my own ingenuity and what I could glean from the improper instructions I was initially given. The bike does seem nice overall, but still needs some tweaks with respect to the front brakes and the handle bar moving when I put weight on it.The bike came with no instructions at all, and was supposed to come with a special tool for putting the chain together. After contacting the seller through Amazon, I was sent a few pictures of the instruction manual. But only 5 of the 12 steps were provided. I reached out again, and was given the link to 4 YouTube videos that show the bike being put together. This has been helpful but I don't have a tablet and have to go back in the house every so often to watch the video then go outside to do the task. Also, the videos are for a bike that has gears and a de-railer for multiple speeds. The bike I purchased is a single speed with no de-railer. So I had to figure it out on my own to loosen the screws in the back to give me the clearance to put the chain on. Also, that special tool for the chain was never sent to me, but it says in the instructions that it should be there.I think this will be a good trike once I get it put together, but customer service is lacking and they don't seem to understand specific questions (such as a single speed bike versus a multi-speed bike having different instructions).

Didn't like having to put it together but I got it in the mail so what was I expecting right?...Lol Bought it for my 76 year old mother, she was so excited!

Vague instructions, loose seat, short chain. Got my refund but no shipping label after asking the company to send me one multiple times, so now I’m stuck with this piece of crap.

Our maintenance techs use these to haul their tools around the plant. They like the back support and the quality of the bike.

After struggling for three days to put this thing together I finally got a chance to ride it. It is the most poorly designed bike I have ever ridden. It is lopsided, steers poorly, and the seat is located too far forward of the peddles to give the rider a proper peddling angle. You end up overextending your legs backwards to get any kind of power to the rear wheels. I found myself exhausted after only riding about the length of a football field. Never could get the shifter to work so it is stuck in 3rd gear. Would only recommend to someone I truly hated.
