I’ve been taking these for over a year and have re-ordered them time and time again even after trying other brands. I have insomnia and sleep apnea and two tablets. Get me to sleep. Decent pretty much every other night if not every night. I try to look for organic vitamins and I feel these are the best.

Works for me! I take two tablets every night about an hour or two prior to going to bed. Hey, it can't hurt to try - right? Also, Truvani is a "clean" option to try... if you are looking to add Magnesium to your supplementation schedule. Good luck, sleep sound!

The pills have a bumpy texture which make them harder to swallow than typical capsules or tablets. That being said, they seem to help with my sleep/headaches/motility.

I trust this brand. The tablets are in pill form without a gel cap. I like that.
