These look industrial and are heavy duty. They worked perfect for our hanging needs, and some items were pretty heavy. The only thing we struggled with was cutting the wire. We ended up tucking a lot of the length underneath frames to hide them versus cutting them every time and that worked just fine too!

If you regularly attend shows or exhibit in galleries buy this kit!! It makes hanging art a breeze and looks secure and professional!

I don't know how long this picture rail hanging kit has existed, but I wish I had known about it sooner. It made hanging and adjusting pictures from my picture rails so easy, and they look great. I had been using what I will call "traditional" picture rail wire, but this system comes with picture attachments that allow you to adjust the pictures easily and also put multiple pictures on the same wire while still keeping them level. This will probably only make sense to people who have tried hanging art with picture rails, but if you have, you will know what I mean!You can use a single wire for a smaller picture or two wires for a larger ones. The best part for me was being able to hang multiple small pictures from one wire without them being all wonky (although I did need to use a little alien tape to help keep them in place). This system has allowed me to make gallery walls and utilize my space in a way I never could before using my picture rails.The only problems are that the kit, which is already expensive, comes with only two of each type of picture attachment, so you will likely have to order more. Also, traditional picture wire comes in many different colors, and hooks come in many different colors, finishes, and beautiful styles. But with this set it's all basic silver. More decorative choices would be nice.

I’ve always hated the idea of how I need to put holes in my walls just to simply get a picture up. I love wall art but I don’t like damaging my home in any way. Recently my family moved to an older house with lots of vintage character. I happened to have picture railings in my room and that’s the first I’ve ever heard of them. I instantly fell in love with the idea and ordered these to hang up some of my art. I looooove how these look! I’m mind blown that I’m just now finding out that this is a thing and why it isn’t a thing is newer homes anymore? It’s so easy to use and it’s very sleek looking. The industrial look that the wires and hooks give it almost makes any art and pictures look like they can be hanging in a art museum. It definitely added the finishing touches to my room and when my mom saw them she instantly went and order her some for hers too.

These work great in a 1930s house with original picture rails. They are a little spendy, but they match the rail shape and hang well (after learning how this type of system works and making a couple adjustments). I'll probably only need to buy these things once for the house. I had a couple loose cable clamps in my last box but customer service sent me replacements within a few days.

Easy to use and sturdy.

Great set. Bought 2 sets to hang art in old apartment. All parts (rail hook, cable, picture hook) are good quality. Nice to get assortment of hooks with one extra. Would totally recommend, and am going to get 1 more set to hang remaining pieces.

I guess I should have looked at the picture more closely... The five adjustable hooks are in three completely different styles. Two are adjustable using a spring action push button, two have screws that you have to tighten against the wire, and one is also a screw fitting, but the hook itself is a flat channel rather than a hook. In doesn't make sense. Either there should be enough adjustable hooks so that I can use any single style with the 5 included cords, or there ought to be an option to order them in a particular style.
