It’s a pocket sized device for measuring objects like tubes when you want to know the inside or out side diameter to the nearest mm.It seems reasonably accurate for my purposes like measuring bike tubing.Make sure that you don’t take your reading from the gap between the measuring arms. Take it from the line about 2.5mm in, 30 mm in the picture.

Not accurate enough
This is as good as any of these brass callipers, but re ally needed a more specific digital one as I was never 100% sure of the accuracy. Especially with measuring small items when 1 or 2 mm makes the difference

Just as described and reasonable

This thing looks good in the pictures on Amazon but the product falls way short.Built quality is cheap - these must be made in a sweatshop somewhere.The little screw sticks out the back and scratches the guide behind.The moment you slide it beyond the little screw it becomes really loose and accuracy goes out the window.The number scale has just been stamped on the item.It is also really small, if the quality hadn't been crap I would have kept it as an ornament.

Fait son travail, rien à dire de ce côté, en revanche, 100mm c'est un peu court pour ne pas devoir prendre le grand pied à coulisse de mécanicien.

Die Kanten sind leider nicht entgratet, daher sind die Kanten so scharf dass man sich daran schneiden könnte. Außerdem nicht präzise.
