The cover is made specifically for this pool so it does fit over the top, but the design is bad. The cover is made out of a material that stretches over time. And when I say over time, I mean a very short time like one month at best. Once the cover is stretched out, the middle collapses into the pool water and collects water. How does it collect water? The cover is made with holes in various places so as soon as the cover touches the water, it collects it. It's almost impossible to have the cover fit snug even though it has a drawstring rope on the outer edge that hangs over the pool sides. If you think this isn't an issue, think again. Trying to take the pool cover off, even with the smallest amount of water accumulated in the middle is almost impossible especially for 2 people. As soon as you loosen the cover, the middle sinks and more water accumulates. Then you are fighting for dear life just to keep the entire cover from sinking into the pool. It's worthless and useless.

I use this cover on my 10 ft Intex metal frame pool. The cover has holes in it that are meant to let water drain so that it's easier to remove after it rains or something else gets water on top of it. The holes completely defeat the purpose of having a cover on the pool - at least for me. They allow small leaves, grass clippings and just plain dirt to get into the pool. It is the easiest cover to find for my 10 ft pool so I just cover the holes with vinyl patch material. I purchase clear sheet vinyl at a fabric store and vinyl/fabric/plastic glue at the hardware store. Takes about an hour to apply patches and another hour for them to dry. This is the third of these covers I've purchased and I'm getting pretty efficient at patching the holes. HoThe cover seems larger this year and hangs farther down the sides of the pool. It does need to be anchored down to keep it from blowing off on windy days. They last about a year before the pool chemicals dry out the plastic and it starts to crack or tear.

A few things, first - this is a pool cover and it does its job. If you are expecting to be able to walk on top of it, you are mistaken. If you just want a basic cover to fit over these Intex pools, it will work for that purpose as expected. I don't have any issues with ours fitting the pool, the pull strings can be tied to one of the legs or to each other to keep tension around the edges. If someone falls onto the top, chances are it will not stop them, but it might help in some situations. The purpose of this cover is to keep leaves and debris and animals out of your pool, not people. It seems made of a nice fabric like material not your typical tarp-like material. I'm happy with it and the cost was decent.

I thought the pool cover was going to be great at first, it covered the whole pool, (Intel metal 12X30), but as I was tightening the strings the plastic covering the string tore. Then is tends to blow off easily. ANOTHER thing is that it is not as picture states!! The cover has pre factory holes through pool, so picture is not correct! I ended up returning the pool cover.

This cover worked great. After reading other reviews we put 4 Velcro sticky strips evenly distributed on the inside of the cover and the metal poles. This tip kept the cover secure.

The pool cover comes off any time we get any type of wind. It doesn't matter how tight we make it. The string to pull and make the pool cover tighten around the top just rips the cover. It's not absolutely horrible but I wouldn't buy this again. I would give it a 5/10.

The holes in the cover allowed smaller particles to get in the pool, and the water to get dirty. I was very annoyed. I bought the cover so I wouldn’t have to worry about cleaning the pool everyday...

Cover does not work as in the pictures. It always sinks in the middle and collects water when rain falls. This in turn causes it to just sink to the bottom of the pool.

Die Plane soll einen zur Hälfte mit sauberem Wasser gefüllten Pool gegen Verunreinigung des Wassers über Winter infolge Blätter und dreckiger Schneeschmelze schützen. Leider hat die Plane ca. 1cm große Entlüftungslöcher, so dass jegliches auf der Plane befindliches Wasser und Schneeschmelze sich mit dem sauberen Wasser des Pools verbinden und diesen verunreinigen. Damit ist der Zweck der Plane nicht erfüllt.

Habe alleine ohne Hilfsmittel versucht, die Plane auf den 3,66 Pool zu ziehen, vergeblich. Nach der Hälfte rutsch bereits überzogenens Stück wieder runter. Nur mit Klemmen zu bewerkstelligen. Das empfinde ich als Manko, wie auch die dünne Schnur zum festziehen, strafft die Plane nicht wie erwartet. schade.Kirsten
