Vionic Unisex Relief

I’ve been hobbling round with planter fasciitis for a couple of weeks. Went to a podiatrist who recommended these insoles for my trainers and the improvement was instant! I’ve also ordered a pair of Vionic sandals, again recommended by the podiatrist, can’t wait for them to arrive. It’s possible to have planter fasciitis and carry on with life! I’m always on my feet working in a school, mum of two kids and a dog walker. I’m also a good 28 pounds over weight. The standard advice for planter fasciitis is rest but in real life that’s not always possible and certainly not in my case. These orthotics instantly changed my posture, shifting my feet to their correct position while supporting my heel and arch perfectly. The only possible downside is that your existing footwear needs to have removable insoles and needs to be roomy cos these insoles raise the foot significantly. Not a problem in trainers cos I loosened the laces but maybe a problem in regular shoes

Exactly what I needed, recommended by my pediatrist and the pain in my feet have gone away since wearing them. However they do flatten out after using them for a year or so. This is the 3rd pair I have bought! :) Very happy.

Brought these to put in my gardening wellingtons & they fit perfect! Since having these & spending all day gardening I DONT have knee ache all evening, PERFECT 👍🏼
