OXO Good Grips POP Container, Airtight Food Storage

OXO is a go to brand for me as they are very sturdy, easy to take apart for cleaning and come in so many sizes. The seal pressed properly works great however moving a filled container by holding the lid can loosen the seal, so don't. I wouldn't say they are 100% air tight but if you keep the lids and edges of your containers free of debris they will seal very well. My pantry is customized in many sizes to accommodate the vast amount of baking supplies I store. I have had zero issues with pest infestation. I should note I also wipe down the outside of the container after use in the event a sticky hand made contact with the container. Sticky substances can go unnoticed and will adhere nicely to the plastic. Finally, at first glance they seem pricey but you won't have to replace them as you might on a cheaper brand. They are forever. You won't find the variety of sizes or the same quality in another brand.

These containers are great! Easy to use, keep contents fresh, convenient to stack on shelves, and because they're clear, you can identify contents immediately. Definitely worth the price.

We purchased these containers to replace the set that we have been using for years. The fit and the lock feedback are far superior. This set is much easier to clean and maintain.

I love these airtight containers. So versatile. I use them for supplements, lotions and things like salt or other things that deteriorate with moisture. Of course, they’re great for any kind of organizing. I do wish there were a few more size options and I’m still looking to find them in a lightning deal, though unlikely. They far exceed the others in quality and in ease of use.

I have several of these. They organize, and are air tight. They are clean looking, and are made well.

love these OXO pop containers. so easy to use! this size is handy for many reasons. I am using it to hold hand lotion that is in a container that is awkward to hold. this container makes it easy to get to the cream/lotion and looks good also.

It would seem that once again Amazon is combining reviews again (which makes it hard for consumers to find reviews for what they purchased) so just for reference - THIS review is on the 1.1 quart OXO Good Grip Pop container that OXO is marketing as a container that's good for brown sugar and more. Speaking for the U.S. only, most of the time, brown sugar comes in a 3 lb bag or box. The conversion for 3 lbs. of sugar to qts is 3 lbs =1.6 quarts. This container is short by .5 quarts so if the expectation is to be able to pour the whole package of brown sugar into this container (and possibly add a brown sugar saver) you won't be able to do so. Thinking that the size was a misprint, I ordered it to be sure and just like I thought, it's not big enough for a standard package of brown sugar (in the US) so I'm sending it back. The other reason I'm sending it back is due so its quality. When it comes to the Good Grip collection OXO's quality seems to be backsliding. As many people have already stated, this new design (in which they use less materials probably as a way to increase their profit margin) is flawed. It doesn't seal the way the old OXO good grips once did. With the old model, if you picked it up by the top, it wouldn't come off. Now, the suction is so weak that if you do pick it up from the top, it would immediately separate. Not that people SHOULD be picking up containers by their lids but only to say that doing that IS a good indication of the strength or weakness of the suction and brings into question whether or not it will actually seal in your food. As for OXO itself, I've always considered them to be a quality company that produces aesthetically pleasing and quality kitchen supplies at a reasonable price; however, it only takes situations like this to for a company to start descending down a slippery slope-with one bad product leading to another bad product until a company's reputation is ruined and it allows another company to seize the opportunity to replace them with a a better product. I hope that the product dev dept at OXO takes time to read these comments and recognize that they may have "fixed" a product that wasn't broken in the first place. Just saying!

This is the best out there for airtight container nothing can beat this...I have tried different from different brand the problem with those is that they not meant for everyday use can be good for storing use food but when you open and close those container there lid or a sping inside broke after 6 month of regular use faces the same problem until I buy this..these worth every penny good for day to day use.
