I had a problem with the first Blue (cyan) toner that was included in the package of 4 ... (all colors & black)I contacted True Image and they sent me a new cartridge = which performs perfectly ... immediately / no hassle.I have been using their toner for a long time, and will continue to do so,Thank you !!J Dunkin

This product has been extremely helpful in allowing me to print both black & white and color notes! I personally haven’t experienced any problems with this product after several uses. No smearing, no ink gaps, etc.

Seems to work very well so far. Color quality was very good on the test page. No smearing. There was some uncommon noise as it was calibrating when I first loaded them in but it seems to have subsided. I will update the review if issues follow.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. I am an elementary/middle school art teacher. I have to use my art budget to get any sort of printing materials for my classroom, so this is not a cheap purchase for my program. I have two printers that I purchase these cartridges for. I have ordered these in the past and they have been fine. This time, both printers are printing discolored images. I have gone through and tried to fix the issue, hoping it might be an easy printer fix, but it was not. My student's projects have been messed up because of this issue. I guess that is what I get for buying cheap ink and not the good stuff but it is difficult when you are on a public school budget. I do not recommend if you care about what your images look like.

Had and issue with toner cartridge and made contact with company and they immediately had replacements on Ups. Can't much beat that

I have used the same printer in my office for 3 years and have always defaulted to ordering the $250 cartridges and finally stumbled over to Amazon to price out other options. I ordered 2 boxes at around $50 each. I've used the cartridges for mostly everyday work and I printed one or two fully colored pages and the colors are slightly less vibrant than the other HP cartridges I use. Still, in my opinion at $50 ish for 4 cartridges, it is well worth the money.

I am enjoying this purchase. The 202A toner cartridge was a great purchase. The value for the item is top notch! Best price around.
