This is the second time that I have purchased this product from this seller. It's a great product and works really well. It's straightforward to fit, but a little but awkward, as you have to turn it clockwise to unscrew & anti-clockwise to screw, which isn't immediately obvious.I have the first item for 5 months, but my mother accidently broke a part, so I ordered it again. Unfortunately, the dispenser part that the soap comes out of in the new one wasn't working at all. Luckily, I was able to swap out parts with the one I already had, which works perfectly. Otherwise, I would have had to return it.

Looks really good. Easy to install.

This is a great addition to my sink but just one gripe which is that the part to secure it was slightly loose. I held it in place with rubber but still a bit annoying!

Does the job, looks nice, but the top has split after 11 months of not much usage!

this is the second time I have purchased this, and the second time it has broken.the screw neck has detached from the actual bottle.it seems it cannot support the weight of the actual liquid inside.

Does a great job of clearing clutter, works well and reduces the amount of washing up liquid used each time so saves money over time.However weve never filled it fully and took care not to over or under tighten it as i felt it was quite heavy, but as in other reviews, after 6 months, the bottle has broken on its own and fallen off spilling the dish soap in the cupboard overnight so appears to have a short lifespan no matter how well you look after it. As yet cannot find replacement bottles on their own linked to the listing so will be experimenting with various bottle necks before purchasing another entire unit.

This is now the second one I’ve ordered as the first one broke. This second one I struggled to get working but then realised the plastic tube (straw inside) was way too long. Once I cut it, it worked.
