Very good nutritional value for the money, easy to keep on hand.
Mackerel is not very fishy tasting, and is very nutritious. The packets are the right size for a serving, and are packaged to have a long and healthy shelf life. Glad I purchased them, and will again.

Careful opening is the key
As other reviews mentioned there is quite a bit of liquid in the pack. My biggest problem with this is opening the foil without making a mess. I open with scissors immediately below the seal very carefully. The contents are then dumped over a slice of whole wheat bread on a plate or bowl. I add some hot sauce and enjoy. There is also plenty of meat in the package as well. It looks and taste of good quality and exceeded my expectations. This makes a good breakfast for me.

It's all scraps
It's all pieces, and has a mushy texture. It's OK for the value, but I got them to give to my pups nit for me to eat as the quality and taste aren't good.

My new favorite fish!
Excellent quick snack! Right out of the pouch and maybe at the end add bits of bread or crackers or such to even enjoy the bit of oil with still some bits of the mackerel! Great source of the Omegas. I like it even better than tuna!
