Great value!
This bayonet is everything I ecpected. Well worth the price. Great sheath and nice and sharp blade. ( I made it much sharper.) I am not going to beat this to death but it is still very capable. Get one!

Good knife but will scuff a birdcage
Overall good Chinese made knife. Edge is definitely a working edge and designed to be abused a little bit so don’t expect anything razor sharp. It fit nicely on my AR variant other than the barrel loop being slightly tight around the bird cage which is what knocked off a star. It did marry up and clip into the standard A2 front sight well though.

Wouldn’t trade this for any of the more expensive ones like it.
Great bayonet knife. It fit on my NcStar bayonet lug for my maverick 88 with no problems. However, when I upgraded to my Mossberg 590A1 with factory lug I did have to Dremel the ring on the knife out just a little to get it to lock in place. I still wouldn’t trade it in though. The quality and durability is fantastic! The design of the sheath is great with a sharpener and wire cutter built in. The weight is also well balanced. It truly looks like it hold up to anything you might throw at .

Mini M-14 fit.
I don't think I have written more than 2 reviews in all the years I have been an Amazon client. I am an old school rifle and bayonet marine as I trained on the M-1 in Paris Island in the summer of 1961. Have worked with a number of rifles from a number of countries. I recently bought my first Mini M-14 and quickly bought a Mini 30. I love those two rifles. I gave away my Ruger AR15 and SAFAR as they are neat but just not the right rifles for me. I bought this bayonet for the Mini M-14 based on the only review that mentioned putting this bayonet on a Mini 14. The reviewer said he had to adjust a screw and it would work just fine. I am used to dealing with new rifles and other like weapons and bought the bayonet as I could not see paying $100 plus dollars for an old carbine bayonet. You need an aline wrench to loosen the screw at the tip of the handle. I wiggled it around a little and found a fit. I left it loose and added gun grease and worked the locking mechanism about 50 times and then tightened it as much as I could, still allowing enough slack to slide it on and off. It will take more time to play with the mechanism as it is a heavy duty knife put together tightly. What is not mentioned or I did not see was the mention of a sharpening stone and a pouch that a carbine or M-1 oiler can fit into. I don't know how they can put together such a knife/bayonet at such a price. Once we get passed the Christmas snowbirds with their new toys, I will take it out to the range and see how the Mini 14 fires with this attached.

Pretty good for the cost.
Once again I purchase a Chinese knockoff of an M-9. Big difference this time it's for a friend that likes the overly aggressive sawback unlike me, I prefer the early Phrobis contour. Once again the ring for the flash suppressor is a smidge too undersized. No problem, after four others it was a two minute fix. What surprised me was the handle was actually the right size. WOW! I didn't have to add a spacer and it fits a standard A2 with no issues now. If you can't handle a dremel it's a solid four star though.

Doesn’t fit Mini 14.
Does not fit either of my Mini 14’s. It seems the barrel hole is too small for the flash hider. It goes over but there’s not enough wiggle room to line things up. Will be returning. Edit: I was able to loosen the catch screw and align it with the barrel hole and it now fits. I’m bumping up a couple stars.

Looks Good, But Quality Is Not Great
I really wanted to like this thing. But I received it beyond blunt. The "edge" is almost a square and there seems to be something in the sheath that scraped the blade, causing the finish to be scratched. However, the sheath itself is pretty nice. Maybe I missed something and it isn't supposed to ship sharp or something. But, as it is now, I am very unimpressed. The value is not bad compared to other bayonets of its kind. It does have some weight to this thing. But blade does seem like it would break fairly easily is used as intended. Unfortunately, I can't return the product because I tossed the original packaging (a bad habit of mine). But I guess I can keep it as a display item rather than a functional knife. It does look good and would be an awesome conversation starter.
