Review: Great positive seal for kegged wine - I fermented two 6 gallon batches of wine (Riesling & Sauvignon blanc). When I brew beer, I keg since I don't want to fool with bottles. Same with wine. After the fermentation process was complete and the wine was kegged, I used my portable tap (rather than the kegerator tap) to transfer the wine to wine glasses. Either I had the dioxide pressure too high or the thinner consistency of the wine, whatever reason, the portable tap leaked about 1/2 gallon before I discovered. Clean up on isle 3! These Ferroday portable taps work great with the wine and I have not gotten any leakage. I can leave them attached and open the kegerator door to select which wine style I'm interested in sampling. As one reviewer noted, these tap connections (band clamps and threaded connectors) are NOT secure. You need to tighten these before you use.

**Q: Is there a functional differencce between a gas and liquid adapter? I know they're slightly different dimensions.**
A: If you are familiar with ball lock kegs, you are aware that the gas in and the liquid out posts are slighlty different and that the quick connecting adapters are grey and black respectively. They function pretty much the same way and in a pinch can sometimes be forcibly seated. However, best to use them as originally purposed.

**Q: Does this carbonate drinks?**
A: No...this is a dispenser. The carbonated drink passes through the hose and out of the spigot when you depress the lever.
I use mine for home brew, so I need to carbonate by using corn sugar or co2

**Q: Is this 3ft?**
A: I got 3.3ft

**Q: Hi, could this dispense seltzer without loosing the fizz. I have a pet bottle adapter for my selzter with a hose attatched to the bottom but 30psi?**
A: Kept fizz on beer, should on seltzer

Work well enough for the price. The taps fit great, the line is a little short, and gets stiff when cold. Have had a little leak issue but tightened it up a little more and that went away.
