Really? Yes. Those pair of stainless steel serrated 3CR13 blades should be considered as such! Be careful when handling them if the blades are open. No problems cutting mono, flouro, or 65lb braid, squid, plastic bags, etc. Brand lines used for cutting test are KastKing and PowerPro. Also cut up some 80lb lines found on piers left behind by previous anglers. (C'mon people, let's leave our fishing spots cleaner than we arrived)My only gripe: The sharpening stone on the backside of the sheath is very coarse, and has worn out my pants when the sheath is clipped to my belt. The stone needs some type of flap to cover and protect from outer elements.Non-slip handles are great, doesn't slip! And, non-slip handles are not so great, I can't get my fingers out because it's stuck! Doesn't slip off fingers if you they slide too deep in your fingers. This is not a complaint, just an observation as compared to stainless steel scissors I've used in the past.Cleaning is easy, and residual squid (dried up nonetheless) still wipes off after soap and fresh water wash.HIGHLY and STRONGLY recommend these scissors.
