Its good, but needs a universal charging port
It works exactly as expected and is reliable. The only downside is the charging cord—I wish it used a Type-C charger or something more universal for added convenience. Overall, it’s still a good product that gets the job done!

Seems to be powerful
I haven't actually tased anyone yet but it definitely has a kick to it and the flashlight is bright enough. It bounces enough volts to scare someone if they get close that's for certain.

Ehhh .. you get what you pay for
It’s cheaply made. Haven’t even used it once and the charging light doesn’t work anymore. I got it to deter dogs or people but I don’t think it would actually take down someone trying to come at you

This is a bad product. Does not perform as planned. Shipped in working condition, and Amazon cannot assist in any way with contacting the seller for warranty servicing. Unable to contact the seller.
