I am impressed so far with this bike. It was practically fully assembled in the box. No need to fool with the brakes or gears. The were all set up. Attach the handle bar and the seat and charge the battery and you are set. The bike rides like a regular non-powered one when the motor is off. Nice and light. So far I have only taken it on two short rides....I have to learn how to ride a bike again after 30 years. So far I am very happy with the purchase. The screw for the headlight was missing but on the plus side the bike comes with a handy multi tool which you don’t even need for assembling this model.
