Pourover Coffee Maker

We are extremely pleased with the coffee maker. It brews quickly, consistently and the flavor is excellent every time. We are a busy office and the double carafe is important for our coffee loving team. The machine is easy to use, simple to clean and looks great on our counter. What impressed me most was the customer service provided by the Sybo Team. When we had a question about set up and any issues our email was quickly answered. Overall, this model of coffee maker has exceeded my expectations and we Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high=quality coffee machine backed by an outstanding customer service.

It’s honestly been one of the best purchases for our kitchen. Even though it’s labeled “commercial,” it fits fine on our counter and looks sleek with the stainless steel design. It’s super easy to use—just pour the water in the top, add your grounds, and it brews pretty fast. The two glass carafes are a huge plus. We use one for regular and one for decaf, or just keep a backup pot ready during brunch or family gatherings. The warmers do a great job keeping everything hot without making it taste burnt. Cleanup is straightforward, and the machine feels solid and well-built. If you’ve got a coffee-loving household or like to host, this is definitely worth the investment. It’s more efficient and dependable than most standard home coffee makers I’ve owned.

This is the best coffee maker for our office. It is affordable, but it is the same product as more expensive brands. Their customer service is top-notch. This coffee pot was purchased in November 2025. I have 3 issues. 1. The hole in the silver filter holder is too small, brews very slow due to this. 2. Coffee pot plugged into a GCFI outlet and has blown the outlet several times. Continue to shut off due to this. Per a licensed electrician, there is an issue within the coffee pot that this keeps happening which can be a fire hazard. 3. There should be a return policy on this product longer than 30 days. I now have to order a new one and I think that after only having for 6 months, there should be a warranty on this or return policy longer than 30 days.

This is definitely a Great machine for making large quantities of coffee, as well as keeps both pitchers warm. It's fast, makes your coffee to the perfect temperature and keeps it there. It also feels like a quality strong item made from metal not just like a plastic one that feels all flimsy. Extremely simple to use and not overcomplicated with a a lot of buttons like similar items. We use it in our office to every day and we love it.

We have had two of these commercial coffee makers for over a year at our church. The quality is exceptional for the price we paid. Customer service has also been very responsive to our questions. A great value for the price.

This coffee machine, while a little slow to make coffee (15 minutes for a full pot) has worked well. That is until this morning, when I added water, it came pouring out the side and bottom of the machine. It will no longer hold any water. What a mess. I bought this machine in September 2024 and make on average one pot a day. Updated: SYBO replaced the unit with a new one. This one is working great so far, still a little slow, but it works properly.

The quality exceeded my expectations. Very well made and durable. Everything works as described and I use the machine everyday to make coffee! The customer support is being really helpful since day one when I purchased the product!

I bought this coffee maker for Lions club . We have had several bunn coffee makers. This is the best one we could have bought . It was a great price and does not require the us to preheat it for 20 min as it makes coffee i 2 mins and is always hot

Par accident nous avons jeté une pièce, avons pris contacte avec le fournisseur et quel service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ il m’a répondu dans la même journée ET envoyé la pièce dans même semaine. WOW!!!

Very Poorly made. You get what you pay for and this isn't worth even the few hundred dollars. I received mine in February and now in May, doesn't work. Buyer beware!
