Fun, diverse exercise DVD
Love Autumn Calabrese, she's so motivational. Some workouts are tough but so worth it. You feel the burn pretty much straight away. To make each exercise easier, there is a woman there for you to follow so you can simplify it as and when you need. I love rhat there is a mix of cardio, pilates and weights; its less boring. You also get a resistance band and a full nutritional guide to suit you. You gat buy portion control tubs if not ordered with the dvd so there's no need to weigh food..... if it fits in the containers then you're good to go!

It’s good!
This workout program is great, definitely makes you break a sweat but not too intense. Most of my workout options work fine accept from my Pilates. My Pilates doesn’t work. when you play it,it’s just fuzz. So I have to do an extra workout to make up for the Pilates day I miss.

Second Time Buying This Products. Discs don't work.
I bought this again thinking that my first purchase was a bit of bad luck. Two of the discs did not work. I sent it back promptly and re-ordered another. Unfortunately, the discs did not work again! I'll not be buying this product for the third time. Very sad customer.
