Sorry but it's not an ID of 1". The OD is 1" the ID is 13/16". Just measured my self for verification. Thanks for wasting my time.

What are the temp. that it can be in?

No sure. I used it in a low temperature setting

Will it work in the ground?

what is it your trying to bury ? this loom is split and not very ridged ,it's designed to hold a few wires in place like under the hood of your car

Will this work for in wall installation?

This would not meet electrical code for in-wall installation. I used mine to organize several lamp cords and an extension cord that were running over a finished floor behind furniture. It was used more for looks than anything else.
