Very comfortable pair of jeans
It has been difficult for me to find a great fitting pair of jeans. All too often, I either get the leg length wrong and end up dragging them on the ground, or being ready for flooding with how high they rise on my leg. And then there's the waist measurements to tend with. As a result, when I find a good fitting pair of jeans, I hold on to them until they are practically begging me to let them leave in peace from me. When I came across these jeans, I was hesitant at first on the sizing, yet I went ahead and made the selection I thought would work for me. As luck would have it, with these jeans, I got just about there! The length is fantastic for me, but I was 1 size off on the waist. It's not a huge deal because I can just put a belt on to hide that mistake. These jeans are very comfortable, and have a decent amount of flex to them that allows a great range of motion when doing any number of activities. They seem to be made of a pretty durable material as well, and I hope that they'll last me for years to come. I will likely be ordering many more pairs of these jeans now that I've honed in the measurements for my size.

Great fit
This is the first time in years I've purchased a pair of jeans that fit almost perfectly in the waist, length & everywhere else- not too tight or too large or long, without needing alterations. **NOTE** The reviews said they ran large so I purchase 1 size smaller than normal. They are about an inch too long (I'm 5'4) but I can wear them with a small heel like platforms or clogs. I usually prefer wide leg or boot leg jeans but these jeans are really comfortable. I wish they had another color in my size!

Perfect Fit
Lee is the only brand of jeans that fit me perfectly and these are no exception. They slide on like Cinderella's glass slipper. Also love the classic fit rather than mid rise. They'd be even more awesome if they were bootcut but they work. I just bought 2 more pairs.

Vanity Sized
Main Point: Order down a full size if you're current brand is ruthlessly old school (Levi's, Ralph Lauren, etc.) - Stay the same size if your current brand IS vanity-sized (Express, NYDJ, etc.)**I like the price point - because of this, I will not return them.I am 5'8, 200 pounds - I am small in the waist and butt - large in hips and thighsBecause of my shape, these pants are too big in the waist and butt, but a good fit in the hips and thighs. - This is a common problem for me, so I can't fault the manufacturer.What I am not use to is jeans being so far about my belly button. I think these jeans are a good 2 inches above my belly button. Due to my shape and preferred style of jeans (boot cut) I'm used to them hitting me right about where my belly button is.I ordered the 18 Long - they are longer than necessary, but with my shoes, it will be no problem at all. I think the long in this size would work well for anyone 5'8-5'11I don't like wearing belts, but have to with these jeans to keep then up. The 16-long would be a better fit for me in this brand/cut.**If this reference helps anyone, it fits about a size and a half LARGER than Ralph Lauren's long boot cut in the waist and thighs. I think these are sized more along the lines of NYDJ - using more vanity sizing, so if your current brand uses vanity sizing, stay with your size, if they are "traditionally sized" (like Levi's) order down a size.

Stretches as you wear them
If you get these jeans and you can barely zip them, don't worry. They stretch out after you wear them a few minutes, and then they fit perfect for me. I'd love it if they were higher waist. They fit at my belly button.

Great Jeans!

Run small
I was happy to find woman’s plus size Lee jeans in black that sit at your waist. High waisted jeans for woman over 40 yes! I’m not a fan of mid-rise jeans which there is no problem finding if that’s what your looking for but I find myself always pulling them up. I will reorder these in the next size up as I guess all jeans do not run the same.

Nice jeans but size mis-labeled
I like the jeans, but twice now (original order and replacement order) they sent me the long length when I ordered the regular/ average/ medium length. I’m worried about no refund if I return the second one…hoping for the best. I’m considering just having them shortened.
