Used and defective
Item was used and not working. No indicator lights on the charger or my OEM Ryobi battery after going through all of the trouble shooting procedures. Packaging was previously opened and taped back up. Plastic rattling sound inside the transformer box. White paint on the charging cable (at least the seller could have wiped off the dried white paint!). Very disappointed. Waited about 2 wks for delivery. My lawn looks like a total jungle. Will be returning for a full refund.
