Nice small handle that s not too heavy and retracts easily.

I like that the leash feels good in your hand. I like the extension it has when fully out. Mine leash knots up for some reason and we have to take the knots out, and they are not easy to remove. My husband and I also have problems releasing the the leash to extend as far as it wants to go. It locks and no matter what we do, we cannot get it to unlock without fooling with it an entire minute or two. Then it extends. For a puppy, it is great as it doesn’t get wrapped around their legs as much as a regular leash does. The thickness of the leash is thin. This would not be a leash for a large dog. My dogs are under 20 pounds.

The release of the leash for the length is difficult to use and it does always retract properly. I would not make this purchase again.

I love this leash. I like that it is a tape line rather than a cord. It shows very clearly the line so that no one can get tangled or unintentionally hit the line (bicyclists or pedestrians). The tension is also good. I have had leashes like this where the tension is so great that the collar is alway strained. This has a lower tension. The grip is also very comfortable, and the device is not too heavy.

The button to hold and retract the leash is small and locks whether you want it to or not. Old one you could hold it and release without it locking. Seems very flimsy to hold 110 Lbs. We’ll see how long it lasts with my big dog.

The leash is extremely smooth versus others in the market! You are paying more but the value is there! The previous leashes were lower in price but they did not last long!
