Does this come with the eyebrow gel?

I just received my bottle. It doesn't come with anything else.

How does it work with oily skin?

I have combination skin so I am oily in the T zone. I used this product on my nose and it worked really well. I would recommend it. I can't find it in any other size but sample size. I would buy it again if I could find a normal size for a reasonable price.
