I think the compression side of it is good, just the strap with the pad on me is very uncomfortable to use with shoes. This might be more down to me being a lanky guy with big feet though.

Very poor quality product. After following the washing instructions and only hand washing, after just three uses since I purchased this in early June of this year, you will see from the photos that the silicon pad is coming away from the support sock. I purchased two and as you can see from the photos, this is happening on both products. I would recommend staying away from this poorly made product.

The gel bit at the back pressed on the Achilles part causing more pain .
