I took 2 tablets after dinner and 2 after breakfast the next day and boy it started working for me. Very effective and I'm also feeling energized. You can see how encouraged I'm to write this review :). I have accute allergic rhinitis from the last 4 years and from few months I had blocked nose too. I was frustrated taking montelukast everyday and taking all those fluticasone nasal sprays. Yes, allopathic medicines work in controlling allergy but have lot of side effects especially you feel drowsy and sleepy through out the day. Nasal sprays will leave you with dry nose and bitter taste in your mouth. I decided that I will try Ayurveda and somehow stumbled upon Pankajakasturi breath easy tablets. Thank you Amazon for that. I will try for few more days and will update my review here.
