## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you download previously logged data from a fluke 289?**
A: No. I own both the 289 and tried this exact thing - only live data can be captured with a 10 minute app limit on FlukeConnect app. Other models with FC built-in support previous capture data download, this unit for whatever reason does not and this need was brought up 4 years ago on the Fluke website, yet it has fallen on deaf ears at Fluke.

**Q: Will this product work with a Fluke 789**
A: F789 sends directly via Bluetooth to the device that has Fluke connect app installed. IR3000 is useless for that meter

**Q: Will this work with Fluke 787?**
A: I doubt it. The meter needs a optical connection at the top that the connect latches on to.

**Q: How does an IR module help connecting to an iPhone etc.?**
A: This module is used with the Fluke 287, 289 and 789 (which don't have Bluetooth) to connect with the Fluke Connect app.
