Rhode Island Novelty Dolphin Sand Art Necklace

I got these for my daughter's birthday party and they work very well. This doesn't come with sand so you do need to get that separately. It also doesn't come with a funnel but you can easily make one with paper and tape. We just twisted the lids on and they feel very secure. You could put some glue on them just in case, though, but we didn't. The string that comes with these is very long so you can leave them like that or cut them shorter. This turned out to be an adorable craft and all the kids loved it, most said it was their favorite part of the party! The photo has a few of the dolphin necklaces in it, but the heart one was from a different kit.

The were a great hit for the younger kids.

These are cute and a good size. The lids were a little hard for the kids to get on themselves and needed to be threaded perfectly or they leaked the sand. Great for a group project w adult supervision

12 dolphins come per bag. We had the kids fill them to the top so the sand would not mix when handled. We put a little glue inside the lid and screwed them on to encourage the kids not to take them off. Sometimes we just take the clasp off the top and tie the ends together. This way is still plenty big to slide over a head. And there is no concerns the clasp will come apart and the necklace drop and break. We strongly recommend them!!

These necklaces were a huge hit at a birthday party. These held up very well and the tops worked great for us. For the price we got a ton of them. The only problem we has was the sand mixed after the kids wore them and played with them.

Bought these to let the kids fill with pixy stix for my daughter's ocean themed birthday party. They turned out darling. It took less than four of the small pixy stix to fill it, if anyone is wondering about volume. Docked a star since three of the dolphins had crushed dorsal fins. It's a soft-ish plastic. Luckily, I only needed nine for the party. Docked another star since the lid didn't seem to screw on super tight. I didn't want my kids to play with these unsupervised for that reason.

I filled these with pixy sticks for a mermaid themed birthday party and am planning to do the same again for a baby shark party. It was a huge hit with the kids!
