I know this might look like an unnecessary tool but it does work. I hate getting dough all over my hands when mixing dough and it is really hard to get it all off. With this tool I just use my finger to wipe off the little bits of dough on the wire. I also think it does an easier job mixing the dough much better than a spoon. The person who invented this deserves a medal.

Wow! I honestly don’t get my hopes up when buying things on Amazon because a lot of times it’s hit or miss but I was pleasantly surprised when I received this! It is great quality for the price, sturdy and seems like it will last for a very long time which is something I look for when I purchase kitchen tools.

I used this to make southern style sausage cheese balls, which is a very heavy "dough." This whisk whisked right through without getting dough on my hands, and I was able to scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl to incorporate all the flour. Amazing!
