I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a high-quality Twitter to buy some of these. Review: Awesome little speakers! - I installed these in the front door of my 2013 Mazda 5. The car originally came with OEM tweeters in the doors and I thought they were good enough. However, OEM ones are only 25W RMS, vs 80W RMS for Alpine. Sound difference is more than obvious. Even though I have Alpine 5x7s in the bottom of the door that have own tweets, they now produce more of a mid punch. Most of the high frequency sound is now coming from these tweets. I did have to drill out a 2inch hole to install these. Also, since these are larger than OEM, the mirror harness connectors needs to be moved out of the way a little. There is enough slack in the harness, though, and all the panels reinstall back in place without any problems. ## Features - Max RMS Power Capacity: 80W Peak Power Capacity: 240W - Silk Tweeter Material - Neodymium Magnet - Includes a height adjustable stealth OEM mount ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07SC4WVTR | | Additional Features | Hi Res Audio | | Antenna Location | For Vehicle Audio Systems, For Home Audio Systems | | Audio Driver Type | Dynamic Driver | | Audio Output Mode | Mono | | Best Sellers Rank | #85,404 in Electronics ( See Top 100 in Electronics ) #149 in Car Tweeters | | Brand | Alpine | | Built-In Media | S-S10TW | | Color | Black | | Compatible Devices | Laptop, MP3 Player, Smartphone, Tablet, Television | | Compatible with Vehicle Type | & SUVs, Select Cars, Truck | | Connectivity Protocol | Auxiliary | | Connectivity Technology | Auxiliary | | Control Method | Touch | | Customer Package Type | Standard Packaging | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 281 Reviews | | Enclosure Material | Silk | | Impedance | 6 ohm | | Is Waterproof | FALSE | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 17"D x 15.25"W x 9.75"H | | Item Type Name | Tweeter | | Item Weight | 14.88 ounces | | Manufacturer | Alpine | | Material | Silk | | Model Name | S-S10TW | | Model Number | S-S10TW | | Mounting Type | Speaker | | Number of Audio Channels | 1 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Speaker Maximum Output Power | 160 watts | | Speaker Size | 1 inches | | Speaker Type | Tweeter | | Specific Uses For Product | Car Audio System | | Subwoofer Connectivity Technology | Wired | | Tweeter Diameter | 1 inches | | UPC | 793276242853 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty | | Warranty Type | Limited | ## Product Details - **Audio Output Mode:** Mono - **Brand:** Alpine - **Connectivity Technology:** Auxiliary - **Mounting Type:** Speaker - **Speaker Maximum Output Power:** 160 watts ## Images ![S-S10TW S-Series 1" Silk Dome Tweeter Set - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/716VcuXh0QL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sound good *by P***N on May 14, 2026* These Alpine tweeters are simply awesome. They sing beautifully without being harsh at all. They come as a complete kit with bass blockers (inline) and easy connectors. 10/10!!! ## Frequently Bought Together - Alpine S-S10TW S-Series 1" Silk Dome Tweeter Set - Alpine S2-S68 - Next-Generation S-Series 6x8 Coaxial Speaker Set - Alpine S2-S65 - Next-Generation S-Series 6.5" Coaxial Speaker Set --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/151919338-s-s10tw-s-series-1-silk-dome-tweeter-set](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/151919338-s-s10tw-s-series-1-silk-dome-tweeter-set) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
