Can it be used on a boat? Will it oxides?

Depending on the location, this could be used on a boat. The raw material is aluminum and will oxidize over time.

How does it come shipped? Does it come in a flat sheet or rolled up. If it's rolled do you have the dimensions of the box?

Shipped, flat in a box. Mine came in a box a little larger than the grill.

I'm replacing 12"x15" glass panels in my RV cabinet doors with a stiff steel mesh that can allow air through, are these rigid enough?

This material is aluminum and can be dented quite easily. I personal don't think it will hold up on your cabinet doors unless you are extremely carefully.

Can this material be purchased in larger sizes? I would like a sheet at 32"x48. Thanks
