Review: Cool gear - These are interesting. They protect the knuckles and wrists when I’m using a Muay Thai style bag. If you have really big hands, the stitching on the thumb hole might dig in to your skin and chafe. I use them at the gym to save time and allow easy on/off. Old school fighters may be more comfortable with traditional wraps but I strongly suggest, at least for training, to give these a try. I also liked the long wrap portion of the wrap as it gives the additional benefit of being able to wrap tight around the wrist adding further protection. Well worth the price point.

**Q: How do you know your size to get**
A: If you look midway down this product page you will see our detailed size chart to help you check your measurements against those of our wraps. One measurement should be taken with an unwrapped closed fist measured over top of your knuckles from the side of your pinkie to the side of your index finger. The other measurement should be taken around your wrist. Use these measurements so you can see where on this sizing chart you would fit. If your measurements are on the high end of the size, I would recommend going up to the next highest size.

**Q: Is there any quick wraps that support the thumb to?**
A: Currently we do not offer any gel wraps that offer support to the thumb as well.

**Q: Do you need to have one size larger gloves to accommodate these hand wraps?**
A: no i have very large hands and they fit correct

**Q: Fit small**
A: The Quick wraps have been noted as offering a snug fit especially in the finger tips. We do recommend sizing up if you find your hands to be slightly larger than average size.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heavy bag workout

Today was my first day using these and already feel like a review. Used them to work the heavy bag, bench and kettlebell. Worked great. Hit the heavy bag fairly hard. Maybe 60% at times. Did not hurt my knuckles. The padding is quite big. Much bigger than previous pairs. If you really focus on turning your knuckles you get a lot of padding. I have had two other inner wraps previously that did not feel nearly as good. One set tore at the wrist without a lot of use. These feel like quality material. A girl at the boxing club had a pair which I checked out before buying. She had a large. They are tight on the fingers but not too tight. She said hers have adjusted. I am 5'10" and 230 pounds with average sized hands. They are a bit loose on the wrist but who cares cause you wrap them anyways. They felt good. I will update this review if anything changes. First update. A week into and the stitching is already pulling loose. Addee picture. Padding still feels good. Because the padding is so big it is tough to get into the glove. Minus one star.
