Reese Grilled Marinated Artichokes Hearts, 7.5-Ounces (Pack of 12)

These 'Reese Grilled Marinated Artichokes Hearts' are good. Really good, indeed. The Peruvian people do a good job sending us their best. They even include a clove of garlic together with the artichokes.Reese's states that the artichokes' natural taste is enhanced because they are grilled. It is possible, but can I taste the enhancement? No, I cannot. Nonetheless, I am very satisfied with their taste and all the goodness that Mother Nature provides in artichokes.* MONEY ISSUES *At US$4.40 each glass container, the price is a bit steep for my budget. I found artichokes in the same glass container by the brand '365' at US$3.20 - They are very good as well, but I prefer Reese's. Does a preference justify paying well over US$1.00 more?

I love using this product in my pasta salad I make for my lunches because it's the only brand that actually tastes right and are actually grilled. Reese is the only brand that has the right seasoning in it plus they put a bulb of garlic in each jar which I use in my salad also. The liquid isn't just water like many brands and it has a great flavorso I also use some of that liquid in the dressing I make for my salad. I've had difficulty finding this product in stores recently so I was really happy to find it on Amazon and being able to buy it as a full case means I have it on hand for my next 3 times of making a batch of my lunch salad.

If you like marinated artichokes, you will love the grilled, marinated artichokes. I combine the grilled artichokes with their oil, Reese's pickled baby corn drained, rinsed & rough chop, chopped yellow bell pepper, chopped green onions, toasted pine nuts, 1/2 pound cooked-drained-rinsed fusilli or penne pasta and a very small amount of soft goat cheese for a beautiful, unique anytime pasta salad. I have lemon olive oil that I sparingly sprinkle over the drained pasta for extra flavor. The grilled artichokes are hard to find for some reason. I was happy to find them by the case online...and for a fair price. Try these, you will be pleasantly surprised. These will become your "secret" ingredient!

These artichokes are tasty...grill flavor is not as smoky or pronounced as I like. I’ve tried other brands but my grocery store no longer carries my favorite brand Marzetti’s. I make a grilled veggie pasta salad with grilled artichokes & thought I’d order these since my fave brand is no longer available. They are a good substitute but I find them to be a tiny bit too tangy for my own taste! Hence the 4 stars. They are delicious I’m just spoiled from the previous brand!

Delicious!!! Cannot arrive without breakage. Arrives in unwrapped box of glass inside a bigger box with no cushion of any kind and sending through the mail. The way the contents were strewn, it's obvious it was broken then tossed around a bit. One LITTLE bit of bubble or packing and people wouldn't be complaining. Amazon... this is on you too. If the artichokes weren't so yummy, this could ruin a product, I'm sure its affecting the bottom line.

After reading other reviews, I was hesitant about purchasing but decided to chance it. Glad I did, the product was packed perfectly and there was no problem with any jar. The hearts were grilled and marinated correctly and are being used on pizzas, salads and omelettes.

These grilled artichokes are delicious in Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken breast and sliced mushrooms! The last shipment I received of this product was delivered by Amazon and arrived in great condition and have an expiration date of 090925, awesome!

I love marinated artichoke hearts and then I happened to find "GRILLED" m.a.h. in the grocery store. To die for. But, I could not find them again so I went on line. These were a good value if you bought the 12 pack. And they are nice cuts. But they do not have very much "grill" flavor to them; they have the little burned edges, but the taste is more like just plain marinated artichoke hearts in vegetable oil, not olive oil. Which is not bad, it's just not the incredible flavor I had hoped for. So now I've got 12 jars (everyone got one in their stocking for Christmas LOL) and I am putting them in the pantry cupboard. But they do not stack well; the jars slide off of each other, prompting storage at one deep, which takes up a lot of room. Won't buy them again, but not a complete fail, they were a very good price, and I do like them, I just don't love them.
