Super great microphone!
I can’t say enough great things about Phenyx Pro's microphones. They’ve been reliable and versatile for my needs, especially as secondary mics for background singers at most of the events I do. While I use their PTU-11 series as my main microphones, these still hold their own with a bright, clear high end—perfect if you like that type of sound. They do run a bit hot on the gain, but it’s easily manageable and totally worth it at this price. A no-brainer purchase for anyone looking for solid performance on a budget!

Good value, above average sound, good battery life, fairly durable an excellent choice.
I really like these microphones. I have had the 7000 series and these the 5000 series. I would think they would use the same capsule, maybe they do, but my ear says the 5000 series are better. I also like the on off switch location and front display read out much better on the 5000 compared to the 7000 series. The downside of course is the 5000 doesn't have switchable frequencies like the 7000. They are fixed. So if you encounter interference you may be out of luck unless you can trace where it is coming from. Though I must say I have 4 of these units and I use in different locations over the last 4 years. The channel 4 mic seems most suceptable to interference I have notices. Very little to none on the other 3 mics in the 5000 series set. To each his own, I will stick with the 5000 series. I like them better.

goooodl
I bought it for church worship. It's convenient to use because it's wireless, but the batteries do drain quite quickly... Other than that, it's very convenient to use.

Perfect!
For some reason, I had two microphones that I’ve had for years fail on me. It’s something with the battery connectors. I couldn’t figure it out so I replaced two of my microphones and the frequency matched and they work perfect.

Replacement
The biggest fear with electronic products is that if they ever fail, you won’t be able to find replacement parts. That is not the case with Phenyx microphones. We use these microphones for karaoke, and they sometimes get abused. Replacement of the proper frequency has always been available.

Good mic
I have the 4 mic system and one broke from being dropped. I was able to find the replacement and it worked great. All I had to do was put batteries in and use it. It found the signal and works great.
