**Q: is this relevant to 9th edition? thanks**
A: For the moment yes, with the 9th edition day 1 errata from the games workshop website however, this weekend there about to preview the new space marine codex which will probably overule much of this and then eventually there will be a new ultramarines codex supplement. Best thing to do for now is download battlescribe and view the rules in there, unless you just want this to read all the fluff
