Sizing chart for me was dead on!
Wore it once and immediately ordered two more. Great for extra support for weight training. Was exactly what I was looking for. The sleeves come down to just above the elbow so it covers the whole bicep area. Again perfect for my needs with weight training some might find these too tight depends on the reason you’re using it. I’m 5’9” and weight 220, bought XL and it was perfect

AWESOME high quality shirt with TRUE COMPRESSION!
I'm extremely impressed/happy with this shirt! I think the most important thing is that this is *actually* a compression garment. Not all compression wear is created equal IMO, but this is the real thing. I was right on the border between medium and large and bought the medium and I'm glad I did (6' tall, 215 lbs muscular build w/36" waist). The material seems really high quality as does the construction, and I definitely feel the "locked in, protected" beneficial squeeze of compression. Yes, the shirt is tight and it takes me a few seconds of wiggling/pulling to get it on, but that's the point and it's totally worth it.I've noticed CompressionZ for awhile on Amazon and finally decided to try it out since this shirt was priced really inexpensively. I think this company's products deserve the great reviews. I own a *lot* of compression clothing from many manufacturers. This shirt's material reminds me of Skins honestly, and the OLD Under Armour fabric of bygone years sadly. I own a lot of UA stuff in particular, and I've noticed their quality go way down over the past few years. Specifically UA's compression doesn't feel like true compression to me anymore. Unfortunately I have neuromuscular/chronic pain issues, but I also try to be as athletic as possible. I *used* to feel like Under Armour was exactly that -- armor for going into battle. I felt like my muscles were "held in place" by their compression clothing during workouts, and afterwards their "recovery" line seemed to lessen pain and shorten recovery times. But their recent fabric changes have been for the much worse IMO. Their "compression" line feels like snug, form-fitting shirts/pants, but I don't feel the same benefits. With this CompressionZ shirt (and their arm sleeves that came today and I'm wearing as I type this!) I feel like I'm locked in muscularly but also getting some kind of massage all over -- like I can *feel* the compression doing *something*. I don't know what, exactly, it does, but I can feel my body responding in a positive way to the CompressionZ shirt/sleeves. I feel this with Skins and 2XU too but not with UA anymore nor with Nike (I just returned some of their "compression" clothing since they weren't actually true compression IMO). This shirt is also pretty fierce-looking and sleek, which sadly I cannot say for new releases from UA (their fabric is much more dull than it used to be).If anyone from CompressionZ is reading this, please don't drastically alter your fabric like Under Armour did!!! You've nailed it -- this fabric has the perfect amount of stretch but also compression, and it's just shiny/sleek enough to look really fierce/athletic to boot. I will buy lots of your stuff if you keep up the high quality/performance of the 2 products I now own! I'm going to order some short- and long-sleeve compression shirts as well as some tights. I was suspicious of all the 5 star reviews of the tights honestly, but now I'm a believer. I wear compression under my normal clothing a lot when I'm feeling really rough, as I find it helps me get through the day, so it's amazing to find affordable high quality stuff that actually works. And lastly, CompressionZ: the pink arm sleeves I've got are awesome. Please, please make shirts/tights in this same pink color! I'll buy all of them!

Order bigger
I’m an XXL short type of guy and I order XL in compression under armor. This one is way small and fit my 90lb 15yr old daughter instead of me

Great value for a quality product
First off, these are compression clothes, if you aren’t reasonably fit for your height, BMI, then you may have a tough time getting into & out of them, especially the shirt. Consider a larger size. Overall the quality & fit is excellent. I was a little concerned that at the price point that they would not offer the compression that I was after, but that concern was unfounded. The cut, seams and fit are excellent with no binding, chafing or creeping after extended wear & vigorous activity. The shirt has a grip coating inside the bottom hem. It will stay in place on your skin or probably some other material but it doesn’t grip well to the matching bottoms. Not a problem as it will end up at your belt line and stay there. The shirt is cut long, around 4”-6” below your belt line. The breathability is exceptional, any better and you’ve have to run naked. Actually these are better than naked because they evaporate the sweat instead of it pouring off your body. If you are running or working out in front of a fan, you can feel the air against your bare skin. I’ve run several 5K’s in typical Florida heat, in both the shorts, & full length pants and of course the shirt. I opt for the long pants as they provide support for my calves and they are actually cooler due to the improved sweat evaporation than just the shorts. I’m considering going with the long sleeve shirt for the same reason. Edited to add: The panels under the arms are a ventilated material different from the rest of the shirt, haven't seen that mentioned in the product description. They are color fast, there was no color bleed at all with the first hand washing so they shouldn't fade. The white looks really nice with a contrasting color bottom. There is a knack to getting the shirt on & off and I commented as such in another review. Once you get it figured out, it's no struggle whether it's going on dry or coming of sweat soaked.Running solitary, I wouldn’t worry too much about modesty, the bottoms do a good job keeping everything in place and smoothed. If you run an event or work out around other people, then you might want to wear some running shorts. Be sure to find the lightest, thinest, no liner, side cut shorts that you can, anything worn over (or under) will feel hot. Same if you decide to wear something over the shirt. My first time out, I wore a t-shirt which was a mistake. I won’t wear anything but the CompressionZ layer unless I need the shorts for modesty.I didn’t know quite what to expect in the way of performance but afterwards it was immediately apparent. Since I mainly wear these while running, keeping your muscles supported & keeping them from jarring/moving/flopping when they relax while your feet pound the pavement makes a tremendous difference in recovery afterwards. This was most evident in my calves. With my calve muscles slamming with each step, they’d ache for days afterwards. Keeping them supported prevents that pain and I can easily run consecutive days. The same is true for your pects, oblique back muscles, glutes etc.Overall, I’m very pleased wth the product, a few more color selections would be really nice. Since I work out every day, I reordered several more sets to get me between washings. A great value in compression wear.

Comes with a rubber keeper inside the hem!
Really good quality shirt, good material. The rubber keeper inside the hem on the bottom of the shirt is fantastic for stopping the shirt riding up while exercising.Only complaint is that the sleeves are very tight fitting and cut in on your skin after awhile.

Rubber keeper band inside the hem is brilliant!
Good quality material, sizing guide is spot on however if you work out and have large biceps the hem on the sleeves are a bit tight.Really like the rubber keeper band on the hem at the bottom of the shirt that stops it riding up.

A good piece of kit
Received quickly and in excellent condition. My son is very pleased with the product. It is used for underneath college sports shirts and keeps him feeling drier and is very comfortable.
