Ordered this product twice with no problems. Then ordered two additional times and each of these did not match the previous ones or the ones pictured. Super frustrating. The vent patterns are different than the picture and therefore do not match previous purchases. Buyer beware. Item not as pictured!

No knobs
Looks ok but no knob. I should have sent it back but it would cost me more to drive to town to return it then walk to the garbage can and throw it away.

Nicely made register, easy to install and looks great!

Would not recommend
Item came scratched and seems cheap. Slates are so far apart, you can easily see down vent hole. Toggle is poorly made.

Come without rubber handles!
I ordered 8 of them to replace my old ones, because the rubber handles have started breaking one by one. What a disapointment when, upon receiving the new ones, to find out that none of them came with these handles!
