Questionable quality - stopped softening within a year.
Stopped working within a year. Don't know why - it just did. Will get a replacement, but from a different source.

Easy to install but make sure to check your water pipes connections at home and this product and get appropriate flex pipes. Had it for few months and so far it has been working great. Water quality is much better, dishwashing is better, showers are better, skins feels better.

Bad experience
I recently purchased a water softener to integrate with my entire household filtration system. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that several essential components were missing, rendering the device inoperable. Consequently, I engaged the services of a plumber to facilitate its installation, only to encounter the same issue due to the missing parts. Consequently, I am now faced with the necessity of awaiting the delivery of the necessary replacement parts before scheduling a second plumbing appointment. Despite these setbacks, I must acknowledge that the water softener exhibits satisfactory performance and maintains its intended size. However, I would appreciate it if the manufacturer could ensure that all components are included during the initial shipment. Additionally, the pricing structure is reasonable.

Is it safe in the florida sun
My husband bought & installed but it’s outside on the side of our house in SW Florida and I don’t think Black is a good idea for outside. Also I don’t like the smell or taste when I brush my teeth

Great system, inaccurate documentation
This is a solid system for your home. I found it straightforward to install once I got past the documentation issues. The controls are simple, and the general configuration of the system is intuitive. Unfortunately, the system shipped with a digital bypass valve, but the manual was for an analog valve. The technical support on the companies website did not understand the issue and was not able to help me. I finally figured out how digital valve worked and was able to complete the installation.
