Q: can i install in glass door with 2 inch metal frame?

You don't mention if the 2" you are referring to is the door thickness or the setback from the edge of the door. If it is the thickness, then yes it will fit fine. It is the setback, then no. You may want to consider the 2985 Lock

Q: OK to install on wood fence?

I installed it on a wood door. You will run into issues if the fence isnt as thick as a door

Q: from 0 to 100 how it easy to change password ?

95 as long as you have the directions! LOL! I love my lock by the way and yes, it's pretty easy but you have to take it apart to get to the tabs which you can change around. Oh, btw, you can have a different code for inside and outside. I don't recommend it but you can if you want to.
