Can i use it for blowing up car tires up and bikes tires anything else

You will need to purchase the proper attachment for tires. They often come in kits with many more items you don't need

why does the bostitch btfp2kit 2-piece nailer/cmprsr combo cost more than the bostitch u/btfp3kit factory reconditioned 3-tool and cmprsr/combo?

Factory reconditioned tools are often offered at a discount price because its not "brand new".

is included the compressor?

I received both nailers and the compressor with a 25 foot air hose.
