These are wonderful cold packs , especially for the price point. I use these after I have shots in my head for migraines and they work so well. I keep them in the freezer at all times (I’ve never used them as hot packs) and they are easy to use. They maintain the cold when directly on the skin for at least two hours, are malleable and soft, but maintain their shape. They are hefty and thick without being unwieldy. This is my second purchase and can’t imagine not having them on hand at all times. Highly recommend!

These are nice packs. I was looking for something that I could use to heat or keep cold and this product provided that. The material is nice and sturdy and I have also used this on aging, sore muscles. I plan to buy more in the future.

Works perfectly. Replacement for one that had been lost. Good product as it can be used for both hot and cold. Does a good job either way.

It worked okay. I feel like the instructions for heating don't align with the results. It took me longer to get the pack to a hot temperature (using the microwave), and after that it lost the heat before I anticipated. The food I had it under got cold. I will try it again and see what happens.

It is extra large, so it covers more air and keeps things hot
