If you want to make your walks more challenging and turn them into an efficient workout, this weighted vest is perfect. I’ve already noticed more definition in my legs after just two months of using it (which is a big deal for me as I'm just 5'3" and have a hard time toning my legs)! When I put it on, it fits snugly and the weight is spread out, so it’s comfortable and doesn’t bounce around. It really ramps up my heart rate and makes my walks feel way more effective. The vest is durable, easy to clean, and has reflective strips for safety. What I really like is that it has two adjustable straps. Unlike some vests with only one, this one doesn’t rub against your arms while you move. It’s made from soft, breathable neoprene and has a handy mesh pocket for your phone or keys so I've found it to be very functional and easy to use. Some reviews have mentioned smell- I spray it with hand sanitizer on occasion to kill any bacteria from sweat and mine has held up beautifully without any smell. Overall, it’s a great way to level up your daily walks. Highly recommend!

I have purchased 2 of these weighted vests, one for me, and one for my 60 year old mother. Both of us use them and love them especially on our leisurely walks or hikes. You can tell it gives you a bit more of a workout than if you went without the vest. I believe I read you can burn up to 15% extra calories when you wear it. It fits nicely and can be loosened or tightened to fit. There is no rubbing and the weight is evenly distributed between the front and the back. This vest stays stationary and does not move much when worn properly. I would definitely recommend this weighted vest both for the price and the benefits.

Perfect amount of weight for me since I'm just getting back into exercise. The buckles are very durable and the vest is comfortable to wear. It is adjustable in size so it will work for a variety of body types. I've only used for a couple of weeks, but I can tell how it is amping up my walking by adding the extra weight. I don't have to walk as far to get a good workout! Highly recommend!

Item was shipped quickly and had no strange odor like I read about in many weighted vest reviews. Quality was good, and it was exactly as shown in the photos. I have a small body frame, 5’ 1” tall and 110 pounds. I ordered the 10 lb.vest, because it didn’t come in an 8 lb choice. It was too heavy on my back, and although the design and structure were good, I did have a lot of strap hanging out after I cinched it up to fit me. I believe this would be a great purchase for a medium to large frame person, and 10 -12 lbs. would be a good starting point for the average woman.

I purchased the 12lb vest. I’m in my 60’s, 5’ 4”and 135lbs. This is a perfect addition to my gear collection for living well and sustaining a healthy level of fitness. It encourages posture and an attention to body awareness while adding weight that is hopefully improving bone density. I do not currently have any issues with bone health and only wish I bought the vest 10 years ago. Too bad doctors don’t have more of an interest in helping female patients address aging without pharmaceuticals. If they did, they’d be telling 30-40yr olds to strap this on. It’s comfy, sturdy and so far, withstanding of me hauling it around, tossing it down and putting it in and off for a year. Can’t go wrong unless you don’t try this now!

Great vest, gets the job done! Easy to use, works well with small framed individuals. Good value for the money when I purchased it.

This is a very comfortable weighted vest. I have a variety of best of different weights. This one is perfect for my lighter 10 pound weight. Clips are decent quality.

I really like this. It took a bit to get used to with the weight but once I did I walk with this on all the time plus I have increased my distance. I can walk tall and hold my core in and that is what I wanted.
