Balega Blister Resist Performance Quarter Athletic Running Socks for Men and Women (1 Pair)

Listen these are great socks with nice padding. I would recommend to anyone. However, in the heart they are very hot and cause hot spots quicker than my other shoes. I never use for more than 10 miles.

These socks were a great purchase for a recent trip to Yellowstone National Park. They have extra cushion in all the places you need it. They were the perfect height for a lower hiking book and helped keep me from getting any blisters after not having much time to break in my new boots. Highly recommend these socks!

No blisters and I walk on the beach where sand gets in your shoes. A little expense but worth it so far.

I have worn Balega socks for almost a decade and I used to sing their praises, but the last two years the product quality has dropped significantly. I have Balega socks from eight years ago still in great shape but ALL the Balega socks I've purchased in the last two years have developed holes in the toe within three months. I LOVE the way they feel at first but I've had to sew the holes on every single pair. So the product quality has dropped significantly while the price has increased sharply. I'm going to have to find a new brand which is a damned shame because I loved my Balegas.

These are excellent socks…they’re like wearing double socks without actually wearing double socks;) Super soft and prevent hot spots. I used to only wear wool running socks thinking those were the best option (good for moisture, but not for hot spots or areas where your feet rub), but replaced all of my running socks with these. They don’t feel hot. Perfection!

Bought these for my 12 year old XC runner. He has really liked. Feel a little on the thick side but he has had no issues and is wearing at every meet. No issues.

I had 3 pairs from 2years ago which I really liked, so ordered more. But this new pair has been disappointing. It’s not as cushioned as the previous ones and also slips a bit in the shoe (maybe because it’s new?). Probably wouldn’t return it but no longer have any reason to stick to this brand.

As an avid runner, I've used Balega socks for years and they are (in my opinion) the best blister-proof socks in the market period - I went through many before deciding on these. I've run marathons and half marathons (many) and never ever gotten blisters even when running in damp conditions.These ones are an improvement if anything on their previous version from a few years back, with lots of sciency bits on them to do with feet compression/support and updated materials and stitching. Bottom line is they hug the feet nicely, and never ever give blisters. I've worn holes in some of my old ones that have literally 1000's of miles on them and that's the ONLY reason I'm buying new socks. Balega for 'eva!

What can I say?The most perfect walking socks I've ever tried.Warm in winter, feet don't feel wet even when walking in puddles with my shoes, no blisters, comfortable.My Only issue is that they are a little short for my size 12s. I feel like I am wearing trainer socks when I wear my jeans. A small niggle for an otherwise perfect product.

It’s crazy to think I’ve spent this much on a single pair of socks but they really did help at getting me back to running whilst I had some blisters forming.
