**Q: What is the range coverage?  How close do the locks have to be to the gateway?**
A: There are 2 different "ranges".  Wifi to this unit.  And this unit to the lock itself.  Wifi to this unit...is typical wificoverage.  If you're smart phone works (with your wifi) at that location, then this unit will probably work with the wifi.  Wifi to this unit is NOT the limiting aspect.  The second "range" is this unit to the lock itself.  This unit to the lock is BLUE TOOTH range.  I was ok at about 15 feet and no obstacles.  At 25 feet (that also included a wall in between) this unit could not blue tooth to the actual lock.  So if you have multiple locks that are "scattered", one gateway (this item) may not reach them all because of the BLUE TOOTH range.

**Q: Can more than one lock be paired to this?**
A: Dear Customer,

Yes. One gateway can pair as many locks as you want as long as the distance between the locks and gateway are in the Bluetooth range.

I bought this gateway to connect my Sifely smart lock and it has worked perfectly. 🔐✨ The installation was very simple, it only took a few minutes to configure with the app and connect to Wi-Fi. Now I can control the lock remotely, see who is coming and going, and even open the door from my phone when visitors arrive. I also tested it with Alexa and the integration is fluid, it responds quickly to voice commands

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This thing is magic

I’m no tech expert beyond the basics, so I cannot get my head around how this works. But it does, and does so really, really well. We installed this in a rental condo that is on ANOTHER CONTINENT. Setup was a snap (make sure your router supports 2.5 mhz) and now I can change lock codes for each new guest and monitor entrances by user. This gadget even shows you the power level of your door lock’s batteries. Is it witchcraft? No idea, but it is an amazing tool and way worth the price to upgrade the functionality of your Sifely digital lock. One note: keep in mind that, if it gets unplugged, the gateway will stop working. Recommend putting it somewhere that’s unlikely to happen.
