Very happy with the lower acidity and sweeter flavor than standard Vinegars
I am very happy with this. I was trying to find a similar product to the Trader Joe’s discontinued White Modena vinegar. This is a bit different than Trader Joe’s, but it is nice because it isn’t as acidic as other Vinegars on the market and it has a sweeter flavor. I am happy with my purchase and will buy again.

Clear and colorless with flavor
I make a salad that we use balsamic vinegar on but didn't like the brown color of the traditional. Using the 'white' or clear helps the salad to retain its color, instead of making all the ingredients unappetizing tan. This has the flavor, only not as strong as the traditional. I would recommend this.

Good product however item may leak during shipping
Deleted one star because even though product was packed well, one of the bottles had leaked. However there was not much loss. This is my first experience with White Balsamic Vinegar which I plan to use for salad dressing.

Good product compared to Alessi
Love it. I usually get Alessi white balsamic but it’s not in production now. So I tried this. And it’s very comparable. And a good price
