White Balsamic Vinegar, 2 Count(Pack of 1)

I purchase this item over and over again. For the price, the quality is good. I have had better quality but twice the price or more. If you like V & O dressing that is not too sharp in taste, white balsamic vinegar is a good choice. I use this to cut red vine, white wine and apple cider vinegars. I use this to make pickled beets also. I cut the apple cider vinegar half and half. Using sweet spices like VN cinnamon with pickling spice mix, the beets turn out SWEET naturally--but not too sweet. Old family recipe calls for apple cider or white vinegar and certain herbs (seeds) to pickle beets but the pickled beets are a bit tart. Changing up the recipe a little, the beet pickles are sweet--and diabetic friendly. This vinegar DOES HAVE CARBS but not that much. This vinegar is NOT as strong in flavor or as high in carbs as DARK balsamic vinegar. If your recipe calls for dark balsamic vinegar drizzle, NOT SURE if you can substitute the two but a good way to cut the bite of red vinegar and NOT as sweet as rice vine vinegar. Hope this helps.

This vinegar is nice and mild and is a great addition to a homemade Italian dressing, I go thru a lot of this vinegar.

Eat a lot of salad and this makes for delicious asst. salad dressings

I use it to make vinaigrette’s in place of red balsamic vinegar and it’s excellent! The price is good and the quality is great too. It’s also great just on cut veggies tossed without oil.

I am always on the lookout for a white Balsamic vinegar that can compare to the discontinued Trader Joe's white Balsamic vinegar. This brand is pretty close but I found it a little on the sweet side and it still was lacking that wonderful grape note that the Trader Joe's brand had. Other than that I found that it works good for making salad dressings and also for sauerkraut which I still like from time to time.

We use a lot of oil & balsamic vinegar but for some reason it's become difficult to find the white balsamic in stores here. I have enjoyed this brand before & knew it would be good. The price is good for this so even if it reappears in stores I'll probably keep ordering from Amazon because of the convenience.

Best white balsamic vinegar I have tasted and use for all my homemade salad dressings. It is very hard to find in the stores. The seller packed the 2 bottles very securely in separate heavy duty styrofoam like receptacles..each bottled nestled firmly . Five stars to the seller for being diligent about shipping bottles so securely.
