Sparkle Plenty Sponge Lamp Shade and Fabric Cleaner

Never knew that I needed these! Work great and much better on lampshades than any other cleaning regimen I've tried in the past.

I have a 1960's vintage table light with a large barrel light shade. I was looking to replace the shade as the dust was substantial and a lint roller wasn't doing much. Before spending money on a new one, I did a last-resort google search on how to clean a lampshade and was directed here. This thing was amazing - the shade almost looks brand new! This eraser gently clumps the dust up - it was a little appalling how much dirt came off the thing! A quick vacuum was able to clean up any small particles. It looks great.

We live on a farm and we heat with wood. I'm reluctant to replace lampshades because they'll just get dirty again. This spongy thing won't last forever but it does a better job than the vacuum cleaner.

i didnt return it..it does remove hair of the lampshades but it also is hard to remove the hair off of it! so why not just spend my time picking the hair off of the lampshade without it?

This is such a great item, have two beautiful red velvet lamps with gold fringe. This product cleaned off the dust so efferently. I was amazed. Will definitely buy again. Does not disappoint.

First off, this is a seemingly regular sponge. Looks like one. Feels like one. It did not meet my expectations. All it did was move the lint/dirt from one spot to the next. It’s not actually lifting and removing it.

I have had one of these for a very long time as they absorb the dirt but continue to clean. It was time I replaced mine and cleaned my lampshades and canvas art work the day it arrived..quit surprising what can collect on these household items in a smoke free, pet free home.
